i have been trying to open a account bc there is a coaster furniture near by, theydont let me , seems like they are trying to protect bigger company , or thats what salles represenetive, tryting to protect them like i have big impact .
I purchased a deanna black queen tufted bed and nightstand. Coaster stated they have a 1 year warranty. I just set up everything in my home that was being built and the nightstand drawers are defective. I sent in receipts and pictures. After a lot of back and firth they still refused to honor the warranty because the original retail store was no longer in business. However the warranty is with Coaster. coaster owner, this is feedback for you! We buy a lot of products from you. But what we have noticed for a long time is this, we shared the situation with the sales manager. You are selling in companies such as Wallmart, Amazon, bedbathandbeyond, at almost the same price as the wholesale price, and you are leaving your dealers in a difficult situation in front of the customers.
