Took my money, gave me stress, and revoked the one thing they offered. Ordered in early July, paid extra for express shipping, and got delays, excuses, and manipulation in return. I was originally told the Puffco Peak would be included as a goodwill gesture. Instead, I had to follow up constantly and was given a $125 store credit — which they later revoked when I expressed disappointment.
