Absolutely a pleasure in every way to do small business banking with Nick and Coastal 1 at this location. 5 star all the way.
I have belonged to this bank for 6 months now and everytime I go in, the same grumpy woman helps me and it always seems like I am bothering her with simple questions. I dont know who else I am supposed to ask, seems straightforward. I always feel like I am bothering them. - I changed my review to 5 stars, deservedly. The branch manager himself called and spoke with me very kindly and went out of his way to chat about the situation.
Great branch and great staff, turned my loan around in less than 24 hrs. Love the World Cup decorations!

Nick, the branch manager is my go to guy. Literally any time I need a transfer , he is always willing to take the time to do it within minutes of my request. He was on vacation and still managed to help me ! I’m so grateful for this branch and for their service . I’d recommend this bank to anyone looking for security and reliability. I’ve. Been banking with them for about ten years and it will be that way forever . Thanks Nick , for literally always having my back !
