I met Oscar a few years ago, and since then, I have been consistently impressed by the outstanding service he provides to his customers. He always greets everyone with a smile and has a unique kindness that makes you feel welcome. He is always available to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and offer help whenever needed. Kathleen has been our go-to banker for years! We first met her at PCU in Apponaug, and she eventually transferred to Coastal 1, st Sockanosset Crossroads. We went thru a very precarious situation with checks that hadn’t cleared, on a large ticket item. Kathleen knew to step outside her position in order to help a longtime friend, and member of the credit union. She knew it would work out because she knows us!
