Kathleen has been our go-to banker for years! We first met her at PCU in Apponaug, and she eventually transferred to Coastal 1, st Sockanosset Crossroads. We went thru a very precarious situation with checks that hadn’t cleared, on a large ticket item. Kathleen knew to step outside her position in order to help a longtime friend, and member of the credit union. She knew it would work out because she knows us! Felt extremely guilty running in 10 minutes before closing right before a holiday weekend all sorts of flustered and Cheyann was extremely extremely helpful, professional,& sweet. So I hope she gets the recognition for being a great representation for…PCU… coastal 1
