My husband & I recently opened an account at Coastal 1. We were very impressed with Terry at the Rumford branch. She was easy to work with, pleasant and answered all our questions clearly. We were so happy with the service that we received that we went back and opened an additional account. This time we worked with Shelly, again the service we received was pleasant, and professional. These women are an asset to the credit union. They represent what "customer service" is supposed to look like.
Got my account hacked and robbed for a substantial amount of money and they refuse to reimburse.
During tax season, I had reason to phone my institutions to obtain my interest information on my accounts. I was met with a variety of willingness from customer service agents ranging from “happy to help” to being reprimanded. Needless to say, being reprimanded just incited my motivation to remove all my money and close my accounts at that bank.
