I am a customer at your North Kingstown branch. Recently I needed assistance with paying off the mortgage on my home, creating a savings account and transferring funds. Your assistant branch manager, Kandy Morrison was there for me every step of the way, fulfilling all my needs and answering all my questions. I see her as an irreplaceable asset to Coastal 1 Credit Union and wanted her to be recognized for her pleasant manner and exemplary service.
I love this credit union …. Especially my North Kingstown Branch! They always go out of their way to be of assistance. Especially, the manager, Kandy. She worked extra hard to help me in an urgent situation and it saved me a lot of stress and allowed me to close out a matter that needed resolution. I am so glad I switched years ago from big Banking to a local credit union. Best decision ever.
All the girls are wonderful and so helpful especially Taryn they are the reason I come back every week and I wouldn’t wanna bank anywhere else
I always leave with a smile and a warm feeling. The ladies light up when I come in and we have a little small talk. They know my name. It reminds me of what going to the bank with my mom was like when I was a little kid. I can’t imagine myself ever not keeping an account here.
