I was so excited to open a bank account here, but was having trouble online. When I came in for assistance Merideth told me do it again online or wait. She is disgustingly rude, unprofessional and nasty. Come on, you can’t be ugly and rude. You guys just lost a customer! My entire family banks here as well and will be sure to switch banks elsewhere. It’s funny you guys respond to everyone’s reviews but not the ones speaking badly about Meredith. She must be the one responding lol. Gross!
