If you don't know this company, you should. Joel Singer headbutted an innocent person and proceeded to get taken down by a good citizen. Do NOT give this company business.
Don't bother with this company unless you are wealthy enough to catch their attention. I am not sure what that amount would be; but I can tell you what it is not. My mother has passed away with a small policy handled by this company and I can't get anyone to answer an email let alone a phone call. And don't fall for the 800 number trick - it is a labyrinth of computer generated options that do not include speaking to an actual person. I am not sure I have ever encountered as poor an example of customer service.
