This company SUCKS . T
This company's service is garbage (aka crappie). Booked new residential service at the end of August. They took $$ on first of September and have been serving us around ever since. No trash can has yet been placed at our driveway. Instead they have dumped it up the road at the supposed pickup/service location. Completely false. Now after 4 calls they aren't able to get it where it's supposed to be located. EVERY residence has a can at there driveway. Thankfully our son is moving it for us. How the hell they got a 3 star rating 🤔, terrible service... phones go unanswered...both times I have put my yard waste out to thier specifications never picked up again, never had these problems before...last company was so much better...
Update to my original post. The service has been a lot better!!! The company has changed the truck that collects our trash to the older style of truck with a driver and helper. This truck is 100% BETTER. Thank you Coastal for making those changes to our route. We also have a lot less debris on the sides of the road now. Our trash can is getting emptied as it should. This is all I was asking for and you all listened. THANK YOU and to your guys on our route.
You people freaking suck I pay for garbage pickup for twice a week and you people will barely pick up one I think it's time to call the mayor's office
