Jen Given has been wonderful to work with. My brother reached out to her to assist with placing our aging mother in quality care for the elderly. She is a great communicator and has gone above and beyond to ensure our mother is in a safe place. Navigating how to place a parent in speciality care felt very daunting prior to connecting with Jen; however, she made the transition feel seamless through her contacts, knowledge, and genuine empathy. I would recommend her services without hesitation.
Jennifer and this service is absolutely necessary when weeding through all the confusing, complicated, stressful process of moving your elderly loved ones to a more appropriate caring facility. The process is horrible on its own and Jennifer made it so simple. The medical care industry does not care about you or your family and basically gives you one or two days to learn the procedure and make a sensible life choice for your family member. It’s absurd. Jennifer was such an excellent resource during a difficult time. She helped us navigate finding options that meet my mother’s needs and helped coordinate tours. She was incredibly patient in answering lots of questions that we had. And, her device didn’t stop once my mother was situated. She followed up multiple times to find out how things were going and was once again so helpful in answering follow up questions that we had. I would highly recommend them!!
