Coastal Transitions was a great team to work with! We were so overwhelmed with what to do who to call etc and once we talked with them I knew they would be a huge help. They followed up as the process moved along and made sure we knew all of our options. We would not have made it through the process without them.
Jenna is amazing. We are looking for a good fit for my father and she did all the legwork and set up tours for us. When one facility wasn’t a good fit she found another wonderful place the same day I called her and we hope this will be his new home.
