This title company does not even deserve 1 star! If you have other choices, save yourself time and sanity and go ANYWHERE else! No communication, no attention to details. Delays that were avoidable. Been emailing and calling for answers for two days and nothing! I'm told that someone retired there recently. Maybe it was good service before that, but it has gone significantly downhill.
