I’ve been visiting the team at coastal therapies every fortnight for the past 12 months. Lara, the principle osteopath, is absolutely incredible ! I have had so much success with the treatment of my migraines than since seeing Lara & her using her modality of techniques. I have also seen Adam and Emma for osteo and massage and they are both equally as incredible. Trustworthy team & impeccable customer service. Highly highly recommend, I wouldn’t go any where else for osteo!
Came in for a calf injury and wasn’t expecting to find one of the best osteos I’ve come across :) Lara seems/feels incredibly knowledgeable and also skilled in her treatments; somehow found her way around the injury almost instantly, and knew exactly what to do from the get go. Undeniably gave me a lot of trust in the process. She also happens to be genuinely delightful and bubbly, yet entirely focused and precise throughout the treatment - always a plus. I’ve been going to coastal for years, and the team are all so competent and lovely. I’ve seen multiple practitioners there and all of them are so great! I trust them completely with my body, and will continue to go to this gorgeous space to fix my body.
I’ve had both Osteo and Remedial Therapy at this clinic and truly I could not fault anyone or anything about this clinic.
