I had a very bad experience here. I came at 8 am for my appointment at 8 am and they told me that it was not set for five minutes. I came at 11 am. I came at 11 am and put it on the post office. Now it is empty and they are not going to give me the paperwork. So they said they will call me again and come again. It is very bad. The system is not working properly.
This has been one of the worst places I’ve delivered to. I checked in with the guard at 6:45 and was allowed to enter. My appointment was scheduled for 09:00 AM. But the brokertold me 8 am Now 11 am They didn’t start unloading until until now every one has complained they hold trucks almost 4 hours on door for unloading process it's a ugly place
No overnight parking Easy check in at door 15 if you have an early appointment otherwise they will take a long time to unload you!
They unload my truck in 1.5 hr. After all this bad reviews I will they are amazing in 3hr everything done.
