Always great customer service
Fantastic customer service and great rates. This is a solid local bank where everyone knows your name. They always make you feel welcome and go out of their way to assist. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Jennifer is the person that's helped me most of anybody at this bank.
Great bank where you aren’t just a number ! Lisa and Jennifer are awesome and have become really good friends. Would recommend this bank to anyone that wants to feel like a somebody.
I love Coastal States Bank! It’s the perfection combination because it has a small town bank feel but resources of a large bank. Jennifer and Lisa are my favorites at Bethelview location! 😊
