Easy, quick, painless, no pressure, no upsell. Nice car, very happy.
They knowingly rented me a car with a cracked windshield and the inside smelled like dope so bad. They offered me to return it - I didn't have a choice because I had a work presentation. A Clearwater cop said it obviously smelled like dope. Offered zero compensation other than "bring the car back" Do not use!
Rented vehicle from turo. Customer service was horrible from this company. Car had a weird odor. They charged unethical fees. They did not apologize but tried to stick me with more fees. First time renting through Turo and will not rent from Turo or this company again! I tried to support small businesses. However, my company and I will continue with rentals from the airport for our business trips!
