I just wanted to say what great realtor Tammy Sanders is, I called her around noontime on a thursday about listing my home and she had it on the mls by 8:00 that night . she had 11 showings the next day and an open house on saturday. I received multiple offers and the one i accepted was a cash offer well over asking with a 14 day close. Tammy always answered calls right away, she is a hard worker and just a great person. i highly recommend her!
The 2021 market makes selling much easier than in most years, but you still need an agent for MLS exposure and for transactional management. Instead navigating the sales process alone, partner with Tammy Sanders she is professional and a pleasure to work with!
