Newest edit 7-23-26 5 months and still waiting for my call from the corporate office. I’m hoping they do a surprise visit to our community as it’s really gone downhill since we moved here 4 years ago. The property at Coastal Estates is poorly taken care of & definitely not appealing like it used to be. One of our pools is permanently closed Our newest pool has been closed for 2 days so far needing repair. Edit: I took your advice and called Sun Community’s corporate office customer relations. They told me I had valid concerns and said someone higher up in the company would call me in a couple business days (that was 8 business days ago& I’m still waiting for a call. So apparently they don’t think my concerns are worth a phone call. Very sad they treat people really well until you move into one or their community’s then your concerns are ignored. We love the community and all of our neighbors. We are very happy here! I do have a huge concern that the Community Management of Coastal Estates (apparently she hasn’t been in this position long) doesn’t respond to emails or concerns. My concerns are important and should be addressed in a timely manner. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops trying to figure out whom I need to contact! Thank you
