We love the community and all of our neighbors. We are very happy here! I do have a huge concern that the Community Management of Coastal Estates (apparently she hasn’t been in this position long) doesn’t respond to emails or concerns. My concerns are important and should be addressed in a timely manner. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops trying to figure out whom I need to contact! Thank you
Beautiful neighborhood! Nice new clubhouse and huge pool. Very low lot rent compared to others in this category.
Lot rent is outrageously high!
George and I have felt most welcomed into the community and the activities offered and kindness of our neighbors is overwhelming! We made a great choice closing Coastal Estates for our home!
