Worst experience ever. I have needed physical therapy for the past 3yrs. from a fall. I have seen several different therapist as I have had to travel back and forth from California to Oregon and back again. This facility is one of the worst I've been to. First of all they want you to agree to signing a form that releases them from all and any liability. They take no responsibility what so ever.
