AWEFUL. They take no accountability. They made my mother 40minutes late to an hour long appointment which had to be rescheduled. An appointment which takes months to get. They don’t care because they are booked through insurance providers and don’t rely on direct customer service. If anyone sees this do not give them any money or hire them for any reason.

They misuse their emergency lights and sirens on Martha’s Vineyard transporting patients , if it was a emergency they would use a helicopter not the ferry

Coastal transported my mom from the hospital to a rehab center recently. They were very kind and highly skilled. I would highly recommend them to transport your loved ones.

Coming out of Providence at 1:45 PM there was a coastal medical driver driving Erratically, His lane was giving out due to construction, and I watched him force others including tractor trailers, who patiently waited their turn to the side or risk collision he thought he didn’t have to abide by the rules like everybody else. The ambulance was empty and he was just being a jerk. You should really teach your drivers how to be professional, especially driving an ambulance. The truck was numbered A141
