We can’t say enough good things about Coastal Medical! Our daughter was hit by a car and the paramedics that transported her from CCH to Children’s were amazing! Hannah and Tom were friendly, professional, and compassionate with her. They made her feel comfortable and helped distract her from the immense pain she was in by joking with her and talking to her about the things she liked. We’re SO grateful for their assistance in a very stressful time!

I live in a nursing and rely on Coastal to transport me to appointments with various doctors. Always late. Today over an hour and a half. Takes forever to get picked up when discharged from hospital as well. However ambulance staff are always polite, kind and respectful of patients.

AWEFUL. They take no accountability. They made my mother 40minutes late to an hour long appointment which had to be rescheduled. An appointment which takes months to get. They don’t care because they are booked through insurance providers and don’t rely on direct customer service. If anyone sees this do not give them any money or hire them for any reason.

They misuse their emergency lights and sirens on Martha’s Vineyard transporting patients , if it was a emergency they would use a helicopter not the ferry
