UNSAFE, UNPROFFESSIONAL, AND DISRESPECTFUL WORKPLACE. This company is dangerously mismanaged from the top down. The owner, Tim treats employees with complete disrespect. When I polietely inquired about my pay as a new hire, he told me he had plenty of money and he wasn't worried about mine- then hung up on me. Employees are expected to lift patients weighing hundreds of pounds in dead weight onto stretchers with no training and no proper safety equipment, creating a serious risk of injury to both workers and patients.
