This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. My insurance never received a claim from them, I could not reach a person by phone , they have zero options to leave a message. They do have an option to add insurance on their website so I added our insurance so they could send the claim. A few days later received these 2 email messages from them. In the days of AI and chatgpt they can't even check grammar or run their messages through a spell check ? And it's all in capital letters? How rude!
