There's no way to contact this Company. I received a bill for Ambulance services and I tried to call and email to ask a question. I have tried calling more than 20 times and have not been able to reach anyone. I get a recording that they are "helping other callers" and then the line disconnects. I have also tried emailing the Company with the email address provided on the website and in the phone recording and no response. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. My insurance never received a claim from them, I could not reach a person by phone , they have zero options to leave a message. They do have an option to add insurance on their website so I added our insurance so they could send the claim. A few days later received these 2 email messages from them. In the days of AI and chatgpt they can't even check grammar or run their messages through a spell check ? And it's all in capital letters? How rude!
