Lack of English in staff, very dirty facilities. Do not recommend this care home
Let’s all remember Derek Stuart who was so completely neglected in this place he passed away from so many different things and could’ve been coming out of here morning months previously in a body bag if his daughter didn’t seriously step in!! So much of this could’ve been prevented if only they LISTENED! This place should have a whole remake and completely new staff, horrific that they think this is allowed in a CARE setting with carers that do not CARE!!!!!!
I DO NOT recommend costal lodge Bournemouth . If there was an option for 0 star rating then that’s what I would put … absolutely awful care home. Derek Stuart was left to sit and rot suffering in pain .. this place need to be shut down and staff members prosecuted ..
Wish i could give 0 stars. This carehome NEEDS to be shut down. It could be your loved ones getting abused or neglected. Dont risk it. Dont let your loved ones stuffer unnecessarily at the hands of the care givers hired to care for them.
