I have toured the complex several times and I am very impressed. The resident manager Lana Is so personable and professional. I can't Wait for a downstairs.One bedroom unit to become available so I can live in this beautiful complex!!
We've lived here for a few years. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Nice community. Well located for daily walks. Good value for comparative rents in the area.
I have lived at Coastal Living at San Marcos for almost 5 years. I love my apartment, the other tenants and the location. It’s really become home. The property manager, Lana, is fantastic. Lana plans and manages activities so that we can meet other tenants and just have fun. Everyone is so friendly. Whenever there is the smallest maintenance issue, it’s taken care immediately. The maintenance manager, Constancio can fix anything. I highly recommend this property and I am so glad to be part of this community.
