Was a horrible experience for my family & for another about 25 people using the bus to attend a work party/picnic at reptile park. The bus driver was extremely rude and would threaten to kick out the passengers if anyone wanted to complain about him. When made complain to their manager, Mr. Jono Armstrong, their operations manager, decided to be equally obnoxious in his email reply, and he even shrug off any responsibility, by gaslighting and by denying that the bus driver said anything as alleged, despite there being about ... read more
