No availability and doesn't provide quotes when asked. Even if I wanted to consider changing my date to take a good price, I couldn't because they wont tell me what their price is.

Rented the Pink Hummer Limo from Coastal Limousines for our granddaughter's Quinceanera. The driver was on time; however, the limo itself was in poor conditions. Clients expect luxury and cleanliness when using a limousine service. The inside was dirty, they did not bother to vacuum it, it smelled like dogs. I suggest you all start issuing full refunds as you promised when a customer does not receive services! :)

We booked for April 26, 2025. They did not show up claiming they reached out but we received no calls. After calling from several different numbers they called us and said they would not be showing up due to AC issues with the bus and we would have a full refund. We have yet to receive the full refund as of June 4, 2025. They are scammers!
