Good morning, I used Coatal Limousine on June 6th for my granddaughters senior prom I rented the pink Hummer limousine the driver was on time but as he pulled in front of the door we notice the car was not cleaned and tires and rims were not shined then the driver steps out of the car with a tee shirt and a pair of shorts like he just came from gym if that wasn't enough as my granddaughter and her date gets in we go to take pictures the inside of the vehicle is filthy tape on the seats floor not vacuum and I immediately cont... read more

Booked coastal limousines for my August 2025 wedding. Booking was easy and the driver showed up on time. My issue is with the condition of the party bus. The interior looked as if things were held up by duck tape. There were exposed wires and at one point every time we went over a bump, the lights went into strobe mode. One of my bridesmaids has epilepsy so this was not ideal.

No availability and doesn't provide quotes when asked. Even if I wanted to consider changing my date to take a good price, I couldn't because they wont tell me what their price is.

Rented the Pink Hummer Limo from Coastal Limousines for our granddaughter's Quinceanera. The driver was on time; however, the limo itself was in poor conditions. Clients expect luxury and cleanliness when using a limousine service. The inside was dirty, they did not bother to vacuum it, it smelled like dogs. And to make matters worse, the AC did not work properly. When we initially booked the limo, we asked if we could take a look at the limo and was told we could not because it was in storage.
