I suggest you all start issuing full refunds as you promised when a customer does not receive services! :)

We booked for April 26, 2025. They did not show up claiming they reached out but we received no calls. After calling from several different numbers they called us and said they would not be showing up due to AC issues with the bus and we would have a full refund. We have yet to receive the full refund as of June 4, 2025. They are scammers!

We had the best time for my 28th bday with coastal limousines/757 party bus!!! Mike was so helpful from the beginning to the end and very responsive. I called a couple different buses but he was the most enthusiastic, honest, and got me the most excited about my special day! He knew how special this was going to be for me. Jim was our driver and he was awesome!!! Super sweet and patient with us but always making sure we were good. He respected us and made sure we had the best time!!! Thank you 757 party bus! On my first call to Coastal Limousines the associate asked a few questions and provided me with what I needed. On the day of our event our driver Lori was on time as expected. She was very accommodating and professional. Will definitely want to use her as our driver again. Thanks Coastal Limousines and Lori for a great Ladies Night Out.
