They are very persistent with their voice mails and "time sensitive offers". Even when you ask nicely to stop contacting you, they still do. The worst part, they don't actually call, they just leave messages without a number attached so you can't block them. If I have to listen to another message that starts "Hi, this is Shane from Coastal Lending" I'm going to throw my phone into the ocean.
Will not stop calling, never applied or contacted them. Have repeatedly asked to be put on no call list to no avail. Judging by their response to my no contact requests I would never trust them with a loan.
Shane, Bethany and John were exceptionally informative and responsive. Even my agent and title company stated that they have never worked with a lender more organized than they are. They also will be recommending to their clients for services in the future.

We had a great exeperience with Coastal Lending Services. They have wonderful people working for them. Excellect customer service. John Lynch was on top of everything through the entire process. He was there every step of the way. Never left us wondering about anything. Would highly recommend!
