I was skeptical at first in using hypnosis. I truly wanted to stop smoking and have tried numerous methods but was never able to stop. I made the decision to go to Coastal Hypnosis and was amazed at how well my session went. After leaving my session I felt refreshed and completely relaxed. I did smoke a few cigarettes but have found that I only smoked a portion of them and threw them and I also found that I had cut down on the amount of cigarettes that I was smoking.
