First time with Janet,this morning for foot reflexology I can honestly say I feel amazing, leg pain has gone.. 100 percent would highly recommend Looking forward to my next appointment.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my treatments with Janet, she is a professional, very knowledgeable and has a lovely calm manner which always adds to the holistic treatments. I was particularly impressed with the facial reflexology, I noticed results immediately around my eye area and a definite radiance in my skin, great if like me you want a natural alternative to help ageing skin.
Every time I see Janet at Coastal Holistics I feel like I’ve been on a relaxation retreat. Janet is first class at massage, reiki & reflexology I have been enjoying working my way through all the different treatments.
