This was my first time here and Shayna was excellent.She was friendly and relaxed all my areas on my body.I left there pain free.
Love the team at Coastal Holistics! My wife and I have been customers for years, and and over this time, we've been helped by several of their massage therapists. Every experience has been great, their team is phenomenal and well-versed in different techniques that have been so helpful! Nancy, Helen, Shayna, the whole team! Absolutely recommend, we refuse to go anywhere else!
1st of all i wanna say i love Coastal Holistics and as a local, it is my go to "spa". Had Helen as my massage therapist today 1/31/25 and she was PHENOMENAL!!! I told her my problem areas and she got to work. By the end I couldn’t feel a single knot I had told her about. I booked my next appointment on the way out. Can’t wait to be back to see Helen.
