I have been a patient at CH&W at the Texas City office for over 6 years. In the last 3 or 4 months I have been calling to make appointments and the operators act like they cannot hear me and hang up. There is nothing wrong with my phone so I know they just do not want to do their job. One time they did that to me 3 times in a row and I lost my temper on the third call and started yelling and then she heard me just fine.
