A wonderfully relaxing experience in a beautiful serene setting.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Every staff member was so lovely and welcoming. Cathy was incredible. I’m someone who suffers from chronic back/neck pain and migraines. Her massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I get massages a lot. My back/neck feels amazing. I highly recommend her and the whole team. Will definitely be returning regularly in the future.
Wife had a sauna, ice bath and massage here for her birthday. An assumption of knowledge or lack of communication ended in a relatively traumatic experience. Staff made her feel silly after the incident. In their defense one of the owners did call to follow up and was very sincere in his apologies. Credit was offered but of no benefit due to us travelling through town, unwilling to provide any refund.
After stepping in the door I was welcomed by a friendly staff member. Throughout my visit the ladies explained everything, were professional and very discreet. I was fortunate that I was able to use all three services and had a wonderful experience every step of the way. Well done ladies.
I love spending time at Wellness & Recovery Haus. Not only is it beautifully aesthetically, but feels great energetically. Even the smallest things have been well thought out and the staff are wonderful. It is my absolute favourite place in Australia to float and I love the new clearlight saunas. I'm super keen to return ASAP to try out the newer services (LED light bed being at the top of my list). Thanks Bec and team for creating such a beautiful oasis to return to peace and wellness within myself
