Esther was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding chainsaw bars and chains!
I took my Dewalt battery operated chainsaw(that I purchased @Coastal) into their ServiceDepartment). This was due to a problem that me and the grandson had in tightening the chain. Esther and Jake listened to my explanation of the problem. While Jake disassembled the saw on the counter Esther got on the computer, found the correct saw model, and printed out the exploded view of it. She provided the parts number of the defective parts that Jake showed to her and gave me a copy while Jake put the saw back together. The two of ... read more
