Wouldn't know if the eye doctors are any good... front desk staff was rude, dismissive and eager to get me off the phone. I guess potential patients asking pertinent appointment related questions are annoying for them. Thought maybe I caught them at a bad time and tried another day... nope- same cold and irritated response from their staff. Find somewhere else that isn't bothered by you!
The doctors and the staff are incredibly kind and make you feel comfortable and at ease. I've been a patient of Dr. Magliari's for years and his professionalism and caring is evident with all my visits I've had with him . I've recommended this practice to multiple people and they all come away saying the same thing.
I have been receiving the best of eye care over the last ten (10) years. Coastal eye associates takes the time to ensure I'm happy with both my eye exams and eye wear. Both Holly and Jessica are great. Thank You very much. Sincerely Gary
I've been going here for years, and I can attest that the people who work there genuinely actually care about your well-being. For example, they will walk you through the arcane process of actually redeeming the rebates for contacts (One of those "get $100 back", except actually redeeming it is so intentionally hard that probably 1% of people do. More recently, I've run out of contacts prematurely, and rather than having to buy more to make it to my next appointment, the employees got together enough samples to tide me over;... read more
