I've been going here for years, and I can attest that the people who work there genuinely actually care about your well-being. For example, they will walk you through the arcane process of actually redeeming the rebates for contacts (One of those "get $100 back", except actually redeeming it is so intentionally hard that probably 1% of people do. More recently, I've run out of contacts prematurely, and rather than having to buy more to make it to my next appointment, the employees got together enough samples to tide me over;... read more
Not the kind professional atmosphere I was hoping for.
I love this office. They run on time, and respect your time. They are kind and patient. The eyeglass store is chalked full of great selections, recently, "Mary" helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses.
Difficult to work with front desk staff and family members have received incorrect prescriptions. While in the frame section overhead women advising that brand new glasses, she was picking up were blurry and could not see out of them. Lots of red flags - find a different eye care facility.
