Lisa has been consistently awesome in helping me manage injuries and provides detailed rehab plans every time I get hurt at footy or have a recurring niggle I can’t shake on my own. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and I always leave feeling better and well educated on what I need to do to supplement her work. 5/5 recommend, every day of the week!!
I honestly can’t recommend Lisa at Coastal Edge Physio highly enough. After just two sessions, I feel like a completely different person.
