I honestly can’t recommend Lisa at Coastal Edge Physio highly enough. After just two sessions, I feel like a completely different person. Both my husband and myself have seen Lisa for back, shoulder and neck issues. We have found her to be amazing in helping us with these issues . We love that she is hands on with her treatment but also gives great and effective preventative stretches to us to support her work from the comfort of our home . The best physio we have visited .
