After countless hours navigating online research of e-bikes and being bombarded by algorithms and brands - I just wanted to talk to a human and see the bike in person. We have used Coastal E-Bikes twice now and can't say enough great things about their knowledge and service. Our first interaction was a year ago to purchase an e-bike. Brett was knowledgeable and helped us identify the perfect bike for me. I LOVE my Mokwheel! We returned a few months ago as I ended up with a flat tire and some minor damage when it fell over from the flat. He fixed it up, cleaned it up, and had it back to us quickly. Fabulous experience working with Coastal Ebike and Brett. He was very kind and patient as I worked with him to test ride and ultimately purchase the Addmotor Semi- recumbent trike. The shop assembled the trike for me and completed adjustments that made the trike fit me perfectly! He even helped me get it in the back of a Subaru to get it home! Great shop! Great people!

Hands down the best place to buy an e-bike in the Wilmington/Carolina Beach area! Brett is very knowledgeable when it comes to selecting an e-bike that is suitable for your needs. He is also very helpful and quick at responding to any issues you may have with your bike. The customer service deserves a 6/5 stars and I will be sending anyone I know looking for an e-bike his way!
