Great flowers and service
I wish I would have caught the gentleman's name in here who helped me yesterday. He provided the absolute best customer service I've had from anyone anywhere in a long time. He was so helpful and so nice! The security guard is a whole other story but inside made up for that experience. I received phenomenal product at a great price from smiling faces.
The selection is great, but can’t really say I’ve ever had a glowing experience talking to staff here at Coastal, or the real gem of a fella at the door. I’ve met friendlier people working at the DMV. I’ve stayed loyal to this spot every time I’m in Santa Barbara, but I’m ready to move on.
Wandered in today. Breezy took care of us and gave us the lay of the land. Great recommendations and a friendly place. 10 stars
