Trepidation and years of procrastination were quickly obliterated as I relaxed into the professional care and hands of Connie at Coastal Dermatology in Courtenay. The treatments for sun damaged skin were surprisingly affordable and my skin showed improvement after the first treatment. I highly recommend Connie for her gentle and caring demeanour and the Coastal Dermatology clinic.
Giving this place 1 star for not calling me back. Called a week ago and left a detailed message to book an appointment. The machine says somebody will call back in 24 hours and still have not received a return call a week later. Disappointing. Found somewhere in Nanaimo happy to book an appointment and get the work done!!
I reached out as I was looking for a particular service and thought that I would check with Coastal as they have such great reviews. Connie replied to my email to advise that they did not have the service I was looking for and kindly referred me to another clinic (she saved me a trip to Vancouver by referring me). Connie is amazing! I’ve had a few IPL sessions with Connie and every time I go, I am more pleased with the results. She is very knowledgeable, gentle and provides the best experience! I would recommend Connie to anyone who’s wanting to look glowing!! I have had so many compliments!
I had 4 treatment a week apart I am amazed of the result. My toes nails has never look so healthy. I recommend lazer treatment by Connie if you have nail fungus
