I'm getting frustrated with my card randomly not working even though I have plenty of money in my account. Actually, it's not random. It tends to happen on weekends and holidays. Which of course means I can't call anyone to get it fixed.
Not sure what happened to this Credit Union. Loan department fumbled on my title work twice, causing me to incur additional vehicle notes and insurance payments. Asked about being taken care of/compensated and just got a sorry along with a denial. If I miss a vehicle payment, I cannot just say sorry, that would damage both parties involved. Good luck calling, their lack of call support is brutal. Leave a voicemail or send a company wide email and they’ll eventually get back to you. The new La Marque branch looks very nice and I had no problems withdrawing money from the location. The employees were friendly and accommodating.
Rude ass drive through clerk. Makes me want to take my money out their bank.
This bank don't deserve any stars. I own a business this bank doesn't like to work with businesses. They ultimately wanna steal from the little guys. Can you say crooked international bank!??? This place is a waste...
