Stacey Alexander was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with in setting up my personal membership and business account. She took the time to understand my unique business (Watershed Communication Services) and went above and beyond to ensure that the conclusion of our appointment met my goals and needs. Based on this experience, I am excited to be a part of a community-based and motivated financial institution again!
there is no one in this branch able or willing to assist a customer. I was told I'd have to make an appointment online for another day, if I wanted to speak with an agent / rep (they don't have "tellers"). This after I paid to park my car 2 blocks away. Beats me, what they actually DO in that branch - why do they pay for a downtown lease? Guess I've been spoiled by professional, helpful service at Parksville cccu.
