Great staff
Huge shout out to the incomparable Andrea Smith at Coastal Community Credit Union. This technologically-deprived gentleman arrived armed with confusion, forms, passwords, mild panic, and probably the emotional posture of a man trying to assemble IKEA furniture with no instructions — and Andrea handled it all with absolute grace. She navigated the labyrinth of inter-bank transfers, patiently walked me through arduous paperwork, generously sacrificed part of her lunch hour, and somehow managed to send me back out into the worl... read more
Andrea smith is an exemplary employee. We are both seniors and have dealt with her as a teller quite often. She is always extremely patient( when we do not know how to do on line banking) and when we have any other issues. Or when we are just doing regular banking. She is consistently pleasant, reassuring, and knowledgeable.
