We have had two mortgages with the CCCU for several years and both were recently up for renewal. We worked with a new (to us) Accountant Representative, Amelia Bouwman, to negotiate very satisfying conditions for one of the mortgages, and along with support from CCCU Financial Advisor, Michael Li, we were able to pay off the other one completely. We appreciated their accessibility, willingness to listen to our concerns, options and suggestions offered, and their overall professionalism. Great team!
