Excellent service
I came into the branch to register an ATV this afternoon. I dealt with Laurel. It was by far the most un pleasant interaction I've ever had with someone in any setting. I did my research for days leading up to this purchase and had all my ducks in a row. Every step to her was incorrect and she had a different way of doing it. During our conversation she laughed at me a number of times. Twice she started to pack everything up and told me to go elsewhere. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I don't bank there, though I am considering it... so impressed with the insurance part of it... they are quick,efficient, and very friendly, willing to jump in and help with any problems...I have auto insurance, and considering get rental insurance too..
