This bank is incredible from when I first came in to a teller who treated me like he has know me forever and I have just meet him. They were friendly and even gave me change for my cash, despite me not being a member. I really appreciated it—most places won’t do that these days.
The bank tellers are fear mongering to older clients saying not to take cash. When I went into this bank, a very old teller was condescending, discriminatory, made a disgusted face and a snarky comment then laughed at me, as if I didn’t deserve respect just because I use a Tangerine account. I only went in because they scared an older gentleman, whom I was making a used car deal with that my cash was no good...it was indeed not fraudulent.
