Came here to register and insure my car after moving to Nanaimo from Alberta. A bit of backstory...I had been to BCAA a couple days earlier and was thinking they would be the best to deal with but had a disappointing experience. Excellent service
I came into the branch to register an ATV this afternoon. I dealt with Laurel. It was by far the most un pleasant interaction I've ever had with someone in any setting. I did my research for days leading up to this purchase and had all my ducks in a row. Every step to her was incorrect and she had a different way of doing it.
