Never have we had such a positive interaction with our bank, nor have we had such great customer service! We recently started banking at the Hammond Bay branch. It has been so refreshing being able to personally contact our representatives at our local branch, and not wait in a phone que to speak with someone. Kendra and Zach have been exceptional in their clear communication, getting us set up , and providing a whole list of options to us. They follow up and are available for questions/concerns. Highly recommended them!
I was looking to set up a line of credit for emergency use and ended up speaking with Sharon Cox at CCCU. Honestly, she made the whole process so much easier than I expected.
