This company is an absolute JOKE. I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses in my life, but never have I seen such pure incompetence mixed with total disregard for their customers. Horrible experience with Yulia Monroe and Ganish. My daughter’s RESP they do not want to give to My daughter what is rightfully hers. They said they don’t accept two pieces of government ID as I no longer live on the island in order to verify us. Both My daughter and I have emailed them official government ID and the education fund is supposed to be deposited in my daughter’s education fund to the university she is attending directly which the university has already verified my daughter.
