We switched to CCCU (Port Alberni branch) after having a good experience getting business insurance through them. We assumed the banking service would be of the same quality. We are so disappointed and frustrated with this switch and are considering going back to our previous financial institution. We've been trying to get my partner's TFSA transfered to CCCU for 5 months! Still nothing. We've been running into technical errors with the CCCU app non stop.
