Always........have to wait in line, just for cash withdrawal....I like getting smaller bills and a variety of different quantities!! Usually a line up of people of 4 or more!! Waiting for service.......

I cant say enough good things about the staff but especially Madi and Danielle. Im an old man who's wife did all the banking but she passed 4 months ago. These two young lady's took me under their wings and had the patience and time to teach me everything I needed to know. Thank you Ladies for making the transition as painless as possible.

I made a small error, that unfortunately had the potential to cause a huge problem. I honestly went to the CCCU in Parksville expecting that my issue would be unsolvable. Much to my delight, Service Representative Michelle M not only understood the issue, but was able to correct my mistake easily. Once again I am reminded that no matter what the issue may be, the CCCU representatives are true professionals. Thank you Michelle! Doug M.

Would love to give a huge shout out to Sarah, Kristin and Ali for making our mortgage process seem so easy. From the first call, and through out the entire process we felt cared for and important!
