After reading reviews it appears that the vast majority in the last year or two are 1 star, and now unfortunately I am adding to it. One of my greatest frustrations with ANY business is those that have actively made a decision to limit staff as it were during the pandemic. So many have realized that they could actually increase profit margins by not having as many staff and have continued to do so today. After banking for 30 or more years at the Coastal Community Bank in Parksville, I'm planning to leave it for the Royal Bank. The Parksville Credit Union now has no local telephone number that one can quickly call to speak to a teller. I have an inquiry regarding a recent foreign currency order, and I have to telephone the Qualicum Beach Branch. No one can bother to pick up a phone at the Parksville branch!
