I made a small error, that unfortunately had the potential to cause a huge problem. I honestly went to the CCCU in Parksville expecting that my issue would be unsolvable. Much to my delight, Service Representative Michelle M not only understood the issue, but was able to correct my mistake easily. The most unhelpful and poorly coordinated bank I’ve ever been to, but unfortunately I’m stuck with them. Can’t even find the branch number and the operating hours are insanely small, likely because the entirety of the staff at this location are unimaginably lazy and unprofessional. The entirety company as a whole needs a serious turnaround
