I've banked at credit unions all my life, but I'm new to CCCU, as we just moved here. We've had a couple of appointments so far, to help us get set up, and the staff have been wonderful. Kind, caring, helpful, and super friendly. So glad to be part of this community business!
I have been banking at this branch for at LEAST 20 years. Although in general CCCU is the best financial institution I've ever dealt with, the Bowen branch is exceptional. The staff are incredibly hard working, caring, and personable. They take the time to make sure you understand all options when dealing with investments, they always greet me with a smile, and they know me, even though I don't come in the branch more than once a month. I wanted to specifically thank Erin for her outstanding customer service, her patients, and for always going above and beyond. Her exceptional service is very much appreciated and keeps me always coming back. It’s rare to find such personalized service.
