While the store itself carries beautiful things, the staff is sadly beyond supercilious. So much so, that it feels awkward being in there. It’s a shame because we have a brand new home to furnish, but they are so unwelcoming that we will not shop there again. So much for southern hospitality.

Great buying experience. Poor delivery and installation service. Rug was dirty, cabinet hinges were not aligned and bed frame was not stable. Not what I expected from a high end furniture store. Furthermore, they promised to come out for repair last week and did not show up or call. Their loss. I was going to furnish the rest of my house with Coastal Chic.
Great selection and great prices. Excited for the bigger location to open!
