Great buying experience. Poor delivery and installation service. Rug was dirty, cabinet hinges were not aligned and bed frame was not stable. Not what I expected from a high end furniture store. Furthermore, they promised to come out for repair last week and did not show up or call. Their loss. I was going to furnish the rest of my house with Coastal Chic.
Great selection and great prices. Excited for the bigger location to open!
Beware - everything you buy here is considered "Special Order" which means if you are not happy you can only return for store credit or pay at 20% restocking fee. Bought a side table that was not sturdy at all. Geoff who assisted me picked it out but once I was not happy couldn't get him to return my call or offer a better selection that would meet my needs. I will never shop here again. In addition, the requirement to have an appointment to get assistance is a joke. The place can be empty and they can't assist - ridiculous!
