We are a carrier, we got hired by Coastal Car Transport to pick up 2 vehicles from TX to CA for $1,000 We picked up the vehicles and once we arrived to California, he spoke and met the customer for the delivery. Customer said the balance was $900, and customer showed me his agreement with Coastal Car Transport, but my dispatch order is for $1,000. Customer Service should be at the focus of any business, however I did not receive this. Reasonably so, I was doing my research and had to contact and get quotes from numerous businesses, so communicated with numerous of these businesses. The biggest thing that would convince me to choose a business is communication, transparency, and respect. Wasted my time, didn’t respond to emails and text messages on time, no timely updates, said that the cost would be $400 more by the time they found a truck and still couldn’t get a truck in the time I needed, despite several reminders and an advance notice. Henry even suggested that I leave my car parked publicly with the keys hidden so that they could pick it up at a later date. Better off looking somewhere else don’t waste your time

I read many reviews on many different transport companies. 5 stars is pretty rare from what I’ve seen, so obviously I was happy to find Costal Car Transport with such great reviews. Initially everything was fine. I spoke with a very friendly woman, who took down all my information and let me know that the owner would contact me later to finalize everything.
