I've used Coastal car transport three times since we moved back east, and each time I have been very pleased with their service. I have recommended them to friends, and I will use them again Im sure!
The price was as quoted. The communication was great. Porsche was picked up within a day and delivered from Houston to Miami. Recommend. Without hesitation.
Spoke with Henry ( owner ) and expressed my concerns. He was very upfront about everything and worked with me to meet my target price and delivery date. Car was picked up and delivered as promised with no extra fees added on at delivery. There were some minor hiccups but Henry handled each issue within minutes. I will use Coastal again for any of my future vehicle shipping needs.
I was referred here from a friend who used the service to ship her car from CA to FL. The gentleman on the phone was super friendly, answered all my questions and gave me a quote immediately which I loved. They came directly to my house to get my car, and delivered it within 4 days to my new home in FL! Will use again.
Everything went without a hitch. Was able to make arrangements to have the car delivered to the hotel where we would be staying. It arrived before we did - parked in a great place, multiple pictures to show location and condition. Would definitely use Coastal again if we need to have another car moved.
