I was in the process of getting my house refinanced through another lender when my business parnter suggested I at least call the one he's worked with multiple times (Steve). I figured I may as well, just to be sure was getting the best offer for my situation. Sure enough, Steve was able to get me a better interest rate and at a lower cost going in.
