Our Unit was measured, and we chose the fabric; however, a few weeks later, only to be told it was currently unavailable. We also paid for express delivery and were led to believe that's a 2-week turnaround; we were refunded promptly, and we finally received our beautiful blinds, which Kerrin installed perfectly. Coastal Blinds were very apologetic, and we would definitely use them again. We are very happy.
I have moved into a new office and I wanted to have a combination of block-out blinds and a soft fall curtain on our very sunny outlook.
