Get it in writing DO NOT deal with these people unless you have everything in writing. They conveniently "forget" the details and will demand lots more money than originally agreed upon. They also have the nerve to insult their customers and resort to name calling if they don't get what they want. They have raised storage fees from $30 monthly to $50 monthly because they have "improved" the grounds. The only thing that has changed is that they throw garbage all around the RVs. POOR Service Department Service department is not qualified to work on RVTook my trailer in to have it checked out. They told me that everything was ok, so I Paid them. But when I went to pick up the rig the Battery was dead and they told me I needed a new one. I paid for a new battery, which they installed then electric system would not work. A year to fix nothing... First off, this place had my RV for about a year. I paid a large sum when I finally picked it up last month. I am out camping now.The electric doesn't work, the water flooded my motor home and if it weren't for some nice camping neighbors we would have froze last night. no bull, honest sales. I bougth a 2003 westlake tent trailer from Dallan and he was very honest about the trailer, and he gave me a really good price, they even help me with the financial part thru citi bank.When I express my concern about installing an electronic brake control in my car, they could upsell that as well, but they were honest by telling me it was not necesary.I've done to deals already with them and I definitelly would recomend them to do business with.
